These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Insure With Cheryl Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Insure With Cheryl LLC, a licensed insurance agency based in Georgia. By submitting an application and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

Program eligibility & approval

Participation in the Affiliate Program is by invitation or application only. Insure With Cheryl LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Approved affiliates (“Partners”) will receive a unique referral link and access to program materials. Approval does not constitute a partnership, employment, or agency relationship of any kind. Partners are independent individuals or entities, not employees or agents of Insure With Cheryl LLC.

Referral tracking & cookie policy

Each Partner is assigned a unique referral link. When a visitor clicks your link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser for 30 days. If that visitor completes a qualifying purchase within the cookie window, the sale will be attributed to you.

Attribution is last-click. If the same visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click will receive credit. Insure With Cheryl LLC does not guarantee attribution in cases where cookies are cleared, blocked, or expired prior to purchase.

Referral links must not be modified, masked, or used in ways that misrepresent the destination URL.

Refund & clawback policy

If a referred customer requests a refund or chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed or deducted from future payouts. Insure With Cheryl LLC reserves the right to withhold commissions pending resolution of any dispute.

Marketing guidelines & prohibited conduct

Partners agree to promote Insure With Cheryl honestly, accurately, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and platform guidelines. The following are strictly prohibited:

Making income, earnings, or financial outcome guarantees on behalf of Insure With Cheryl LLC
Misrepresenting the products, services, or credentials of Dr. Cheryl D. George
Using spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising practices
Bidding on branded keywords (e.g. “Insure With Cheryl”) in paid advertising without prior written approval
Creating websites, social media accounts, or content that could be mistaken for official Insure With Cheryl LLC communications
Offering incentives, discounts, or rebates to referred customers without prior written approval

Brand usage rules

Partners may use the Insure With Cheryl name and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Affiliate Program. Unauthorized use of logos, trademarks, photos of Dr. Cheryl D. George, or branded content is prohibited.

Approved marketing assets will be provided upon onboarding. All other brand use requires prior written approval from Insure With Cheryl LLC.

FTC disclosure requirement

Partners are required to clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with Insure With Cheryl LLC in all promotional content, in compliance with FTC guidelines (16 CFR Part 255).

Acceptable disclosures include language such as: “I earn a commission when you purchase through my link” or “Affiliate link — I may receive compensation.” Failure to disclose may result in immediate termination from the Program.

Termination

Insure With Cheryl LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Partner’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or conduct that damages the reputation of Insure With Cheryl LLC.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions for verified, non-refunded sales completed prior to termination will be paid out on the next scheduled payout date, subject to the minimum threshold.

Limitation of liability

Insure With Cheryl LLC makes no guarantees regarding the amount of commissions a Partner may earn. Participation in the Program does not guarantee income. Insure With Cheryl LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or termination from the Program.

Modifications to this agreement

Insure With Cheryl LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the Partner’s responsibility to review this page periodically.

Governing law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.
